It was way better than first. And if you didn't like the first, I have to say that this film was good all on its own. This one, unlike the first, involved the whole family--the two parents were taken, and the daughter is a big help in kicking off the rescue.
Folks, if you ever wanted to see a family affair kind of film, then this is the one for you!
There's also plenty of action, punching, shooting and explosives, albeit not gratuitously. It honestly makes for a good date night movie, or family night movie. Weird, I know.
Additionally, part three is in the works. Can't wait to see what they do with this franchise!
